1.区分[ 引流款 ] 和 [ 利润款 ]
之前的文章也提到了产品分引流款和利润款。引流款的产品定价较低,其主要目的是为了吸引顾客来店铺,虽然没有利润甚至是亏本;顾客进来后有时不会购买单一种类的产品,通常会选择搭配购买。
而Shopee作为铺货型的平台,[ 引流款 ]的产品数量并不少,至少要占到比例的30%;即你有1000个产品,应该至少有300个产品做到不考虑利润或利润较低来为店铺引流。
2.1688上不是所有的东西都便宜
学员有些抱怨,表示在1688网购货物后想在Shopee上销售,但经过分析发现赚不到钱。对比后发现,1688的货物价格并不比淘宝和拼多多便宜。并非所有在1688上的卖家都是厂家,大多数是批发商。即使是厂商,价格也未必低。因此,用1688上的价格进行比较是不准确的,对方可能从批发市场或工厂获得更低的价格。
I received complaints from students who purchased items from 1688 and resold them on shopee. However, upon analysis, they realized that they were unable to make a profit. After comparing it with Taobao and pinduoduo, they discovered that 1688 goods were not any cheaper. 1688 mainly consists of wholesalers, and even if there are manufacturers, their prices may not be the lowest. Thus, it is incorrect to solely compare prices on 1688, as the other party may obtain lower prices from wholesale markets or factories.
后,1688上的货物便宜,但是也有贵的,产品类目不同,销售价自然不同,我们需要做的是区分好,不要因为是1688就认为是 低的成本价。
3.采取组合定价法
Shopee上有的店家设定了发货的硬性指标,要求达到一定金额才能发货;为了关注低价并因此赚取更多利润,商家整体而言价格不会高,顾客也不介意多买一些;或者采用搭配销售的策略,需要购买一件商品时还需要配合购买另一件;这种做法需要及时与客户沟通,以避免顾客产生疑问。
